Cancelation Policy 

As a courtesy to our stylists and other guests, we ask for you to give us as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment. 

Cancelations within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.  

*You may modify or cancel your appointment online at any time up until the 24hr mark. At that time the online booking system will not allow you to cancel – you will need to contact us via text or phone. 

We understand life happens, and some things are out of your control. However, when multiple people cancel for various and valid reasons it significantly impacts the livelihood of our team members. Stylists rely on their appointments to provide for their homes & families. 

We are unable to fill your appointment time on such short notice. 

While we are always understanding and sympathetic to all situations, not having this policy in place passes the unfortunate circumstances to the stylist. This policy is applied evenly across the board to all appointments canceled within 24hrs regardless of the nature of the cancelation. 

Extra Guests Policy 

Our space is shared & very intimate.

We ask that you leave your children and friends at home to make everyone’s experience more enjoyable.

We are a Text Only Salon 

Our Salon Coordinator is our point of contact available via text to help you with any questions you may have. Text at your convenience and our coordinator will get back to you within normal business hours. This allows our team to stay focused with their clients & provide the best possible in salon experience (without a phone ringing in the background).

Unconventional Salon Schedule

We schedule one month at a time. Our schedule for the next month opens the 20th of the month prior. 

(Example: Februarys schedule will open January 20)

“Soft Booking” 

Our version of traditional Pre-booking. 

Once you become a guest at The Salty Blonde, you can let us know you’d like to be soft booked for a future month. This means you are on the list for your desired month and we will contact you once the schedule opens to set your appointment. 

If you are “soft booked” for an appointment, you will receive a text a few days prior to the official schedule opening. You are given first opportunity to schedule an appointment.

Late Policy

Communication is important and we understand things happen. Please text if you know you’re going to be running late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be offered a smaller service and this may result in your stylist being unable to blow out your hair.   

If you are more than 30 minutes late- you will be charged our no show/ cancelation fee and asked to reschedule.

We hope you can understand this policy is in place to protect our stylists & guests time as we are strictly appointment based.

Adjustment & Refund Policy 

At The Salty Blonde, we strive to create the ideal look for each guest.  Should we not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 10 days of your original service so that we may be given the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments.

  • Adjustment scheduling is done and provided by your original service provider. If you do not wish to see your original service provider, scheduling approval is under the discretion of management.

  • The adjustment service must be scheduled within 20 days of the original service.

  • The adjustment policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.

  • Please allow us to style your hair after your service as the results are most accurately evaluated on properly finished hair. If you choose to leave the salon before the styling service is completed, you are relinquishing your rights to an adjustment service.

  • Any adjustment requests made after 10 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval.

  • Complimentary adjustment services or refunds are not available on color correction services.

  • Refunds are not available for any services without granting us the opportunity to adjust the service first. 

  • The Salty Blonde will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair that has been altered or done outside of our salon.
